• What is my DUNS number and where can I find it?

  If you are an existing D&B customer the number should be shown in your current instance of any and all D&B products you currently have access to. It should also be on any contract you have in place with Illion / D&B currently. Otherwise you can use the following link to find it: https://dunsnumberlookup.dnb.com/en-gb/home

• What happens to my contract when Equifax goes live with D&B data?

  If you do not renew / set up a new D&B contract with Equifax, your access will simply end on the date specified by Illion.

• Will my account still be active when Equifax takes over the D&B data?

  Only if the end date on your Illion D&B contract is after the date Equifax takes over as the D&B partner in A/NZ. To continue accessing your current D&B account(s) you MUST have a new contract in place with Equifax in time for us to arrange for the retention of your current D&B access. Equifax will need clarity over what access you currently have as we are not receiving any information from Illion on any of their current D&B customers

• How and when do I migrate my D&B access to Equifax?

  generally speaking, it is when your current Illion D&B contract ends, However to avoid any issues we highly recommend you reach out to Equifax as soon as possible so our Account Managers can ensure your transition is as smooth as possible

• What will this change mean for me as an existing D&B customer?

  While your access can remain 'as is' (assuming you want to retain the same arrangements and access moving forward), you will need to sign a contract with Equifax ahead of your current contracted end date with Illion. For the Equifax D&B access, the pricing may vary vs Illion’s, however D&B advise that there should be no issues maintaining your D&B access 'as is'. Also worth highlighting that Equifax A/NZ data will completely replace Illions A/NZ data from 9th Sept. We are unable to compare data sets, though can answer questions on Equifax's data.

• Why is my D&B access moving from Illion to Equifax?

  Equifax will be the exclusive reseller of Dun & Bradstreet global products in Australia and New Zealand. Illion will no longer be able to sell anything relating to D&B in AUNZ. If you wish to use D&B global products in AUNZ, you will have to purchase them from Equifax

• What is my DUNS number?

  Your D-U-N-S® (Data Universal Numbering System) number is a unique,nine-digit global identifier sequence (e.g., 12-345-6789) assigned by Dun & Bradstreet to an entity.

• How can I sign up for a D&B account?

  Please work with your existing Equifax Account Manager who will be able to guide you through the D&B products and help ensure you have the right product(s) for your needs. They will also ensure you have the right contract in place and can successfully start using the D&B product(s) and service(s) that best meet your needs. • Can I access D&B data through my existing Equifax account?

  There is no access to D&B products via Equifax product platforms or accounts. Equifax has a pure reseller arrangement with D&B in AUNZ. However Equifax will ensure the contractual and invoicing side of things are in order, and will integrate D&B billing within any existing Equifax billing arrangements. However accessing any and all D&B systems is directly with D&B.
