Specification Detail
The Pre-qualification Scheme Financial Assessment Services (the Scheme) offers a panel of pre-qualified service providers to assist NSW Government agencies and statutory corporations to engage external expertise in carrying out financial assessments on contractors and/or suppliers.
The Scheme covers the financial assessments required at the following stages of procurement:
- Pre-qualification
- Tendering
- Monitoring

How to access the services
Registering your agency and ordering reports
- To commence using the service, each Agency can set up an account by completing and returning a simple one page Registration Form
- On receipt of the Client Registration Form, Equifax will contact you to set up an account for immediate use and will issue login credential by email to all nominated users.
For billing purposes, you may create separate accounts for multiple divisions within each Agency and may nominate any number of authorised personnel to use the service.

Report types, turnaround and pricing
As a guide, the table below indicates which reports are recommended according to contract value and contractor revenue.

Turnaround times include the time required to independently obtain information from organisations being assessed and to produce the report.
A each report is written upon request, report delivery is always dependent on the timely provision of information from the organisation being assessed.

Turnaround: To be agreed between client and assessor depending on the brief, however estimated turnaround time are indicated above.
Prices are on generally set as a fixed fee per report and fees vary according to the type of report and turnaround time requested.
As this part of the website is public access, our tendered rates are not published here for confidentiality reasons.
