As of 13 August 2022, Equifax ID Basic, Equifax Ultimate, and Equifax Premium will no longer be available for new customers. For existing customers of these products, please see the details and features of each product in the tables above.
At Equifax, we're always looking at ways to improve our services and better serve our customers. As a result, we've updated our existing subscription services to include new features and new names that better meet our customers needs.
See below for the key changes with the new products for your current subscription plan.

Switching your subscription is easy. Simply log in to your Credit and Identity account, select 'Upgrades' from the left-hand navigation menu, and select which new subscription you'd like to switch to. This will take you directly to the checkout page where you can check your payment details before confirming the switch.
Please note that your payment details will be pre-populated on the checkout page. If you would like to change payment details, you'll need to go back to the Billing section under 'My Account' to update your details here first.
You can continue with your current subscription unless there are circumstances such as payment failure that will lead to the cancellation of your subscription.
If you are an Equifax ID Basic customer, you can re-subscribe via 'Upgrades'. Otherwise, you can upgrade your existing subscription to the new subscription services and take advantage of the new features at any time.
We have not automatically updated existing subscriptions as the new subscriptions include new features and pricing.
If you would like to change over your subscription, you can do so by logging in to your Credit and Identity account. Simply click on 'Upgrades' from the left-hand navigation menu, and select which new subscription you'd like to switch to. This will take you directly to the checkout page. Please ensure your card details are up to date in 'My Account' before checking out, as you'll be unable to change your card details on the checkout page.
Once you have upgraded to one of the new plans, you will not be able to revert back to your current plan (being Equifax ID Basic, Equifax Premium or Equifax Ultimate).
*Cancellation can be requested at any time and will take effect at the end of the month in which you can cancel your subscription.
2Identity Watch monitors the following:
Equifax ID Basic: 1 bank account, 1 debit/credit card, 1 Medicare card, 1 email address, 1 phone number.
Equifax Ultimate: 5 bank accounts, 8 debit/credit cards, 2 Medicare cards, 2 email addresses, 3 phone numbers.

You need to be 18 years of age and over to order a copy of your Equifax Credit Report. If you think you've been a victim of identity theft, you have the right under the Privacy Act to request a ban on your Equifax credit report.
