SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – 22 June 2026 – Equifax Australia is making its premium data insights directly available in the Snowflake Marketplace. This launch follows the significant success of the Equifax and Snowflake global partnership in international markets, including the United States, and marks the first time these specialised Australian data assets will be made available via the platform.

Snowflake offers a frictionless data-sharing experience with no data transfer or integration requirements, enabling Marketing & Sales Teams, Data Science & AI Teams access to live data from Equifax Australia for smarter decision making.

Through this collaboration, Australian businesses can now request access to three core Equifax data offerings to be provisioned directly within their existing Snowflake environment:

  • Consumer Data Licence: Provides a holistic view of the Australian consumer, providing attributes such as household income and purchase intent for hyper personalised marketing. Business use cases include being able to reach recent home movers for utility and insurance offers, and segmenting luxury retail campaigns by household affluence and property value.
  • Commercial Data Licence: Designed to help businesses gain deep firmographic insights on 10 million Australian entities, including ABN/ACN details and commercial risk bands to help B2B organisations identify high-growth SMEs and improve sales efficiency.
  • Consumer Credit Insights: Anonymised, bureau insights that can assist banks and fintechs to benchmark their credit market position and monitor regional risk shifts against Australian peer groups. This can help with more informed strategic decision-making and proactive risk management based on the activity in the external market. In accordance with the Privacy Act, this service is only enabled for conducting research in relation to credit.

"In an era where the speed of decision making is a competitive advantage, the ability for brands to access decision intelligence data without the traditional technical overhead is a game changer for Australian businesses," said Michael Criss, General Manager, Consumer Product at Equifax.

"By bringing the unique Equifax financial and commercial lens directly into Snowflake, we can help close the gap between data discovery and business actions. Whether it is a bank benchmarking performance against the market or a retailer identifying high growth prospects, we are giving Australian enterprises the ability to act on market insights and consumer behaviour indicators with more precision and less complexity than ever before - while maintaining rigorous privacy and governance standards.“ said Criss.

“Access to high-quality, real-time data is foundational to driving better business outcomes,” said Cathy Conroy, RVP, Snowflake Australia.

“With Equifax Australia’s data now available on Snowflake Marketplace, organisations can seamlessly enrich their analytics, AI, and decisioning workflows with trusted external data - accelerating time to insight and enabling more precise, data-driven actions. This collaboration underscores the strength of the Snowflake–Equifax partnership in delivering secure, scalable access to critical data assets that empower smarter decisions at scale,” said Conroy.

Rigorous data security, compliance and governance standards are the hallmark of Equifax participation in data marketplaces. More information on the Equifax datasets available through Snowflake Marketplace can be found here
